We secured strategic alignment in one of the world largest banks, resulting in agreed headcount and prioritisation at ExCo. A cost saving at that time of over $16m in needless agency spend.
We powered a multi-region leadership team to deliver against shared OKRs. Usually, a series of painful debates lasting weeks without agreement was redelivered as a series of creative conversations that secured alignment at each stage. Resulting in 5 new product propositions with the potential to yield $25m+ over 5 years.
